The newly developed Heat Exchanger Evacuated Tube Assisted Drying System (HE-ETADS) is fabricated in roof of campus MITS, Gwalior, India. transfer analysis drying system carried out by mushroom inside it. heat coefficient plays a significant role method. study emphasizes on determining the convective as well evaporative coefficients (CHTC & EHTC) and determination best rate model fit for novel system. artificial neural network predicting CHTC EHTC. Value EHTC varies from 2.10 to 3.43 25.68 49.85 W/m2°C respectively. ANN helps once trained using input factors like solar radiation, relative humidity, environmental temperature time. value R2 0.99, which shows that predicts very close calculated coefficients. kinetics tried nine models.
